It is strongly recommended to trek up to this semicircular mountain. Elephant Falls: These waterfalls are christened according to an adjacent elephant-shaped rock: a perfect weekend getaway and Shillong's favorite picnic place. Nohkalikai Falls: India's fourth tallest and largest waterfall in the country, flowing near Cherrapunji and providing a glimpse of Bangladesh. The flow has built a waterhole in winters and summers that turns blue and orange, respectively. Seven Sister Falls: India's fourth largest waterfall, Cherrapunji's seven-segmented waterfall. Hence the word. Don't skip seeing the sunset from here. Mawsmai Caves: These Cherrapunji limestone caves are home to stalactites and stalagmites. Arwah Cave: Some reasonably scaled stalactites and stalagmites are housed in the cave, and some million-year-old fossils, mostly molluscs and insects.
